A beautiful sunny day looking down at Billy Chinook Harbor. Goal was to emphasize natural composition (add bluer softer tones for far mountains), use a lot of bright colors to move your eye and capture a local popular spot. Started block in with Nupastels, then added color with softer pastels and pastel pencils.
