Ship in Full Mast
Original (100% pastels) painting of a ship out to sea with all her masts up. My sisters and I love taking photographs, especially of the ocean, lighthouses and ships. We've taken many trips to Rockport, MA, Nantucket, MA, Newburyport, MA, Portsmouth, NH, Ogunquit, ME, Portland, ME, Nova Scotia, Florida, and the list goes on! Painting ships, boats, fishing shanties, lighthouses and such are my favorite subjects to paint. This is my most recent painting, and my favorite, because it reminds me of the ships of long ago.
