This is one in a series about the importance of trees and how they contribute to the environment. Some of my works evoke 'stalwart,' 'solace,' 'defiance,' 'dignity.' and this one - 'aesthetic.'
It piece was started with a washy watercolour painting followed by the harder Nu Pastels to block in the major tones then layers of Rembrandts.
