Dark

This painting was born during an important and heavy historical moment. I conceived and painted it during the pandemic. I think it was somehow a little dark age, a little Middle Age. Not only that, but I have had the feeling several times of living in a darkness from which there was no way out, in which men have brought out their worst sides. I think that only the light of culture, of the spirit, of integrity can guide us through this darkness towards salvation.
