Mixed pastels on a repurposed piece of Uart on MountCor foam board. I regularly scrub off paintings I don’t like and reuse the Uart paper.
I’m inspired by the marshes of the Low Country here in SC and of course the ocean and the various birds who inhabit the area especially the egrets, cranes and pelicans.
